Do-It-Yourself Long-arm Rental

Do-it-Yourself Long-Arm machine quilting is available at $10/hour or $75 for a full 8-hour day.

Help is available for an additional $10/hour with a prerequisite 1-hour minimum for new customers (with previous longarm machine quilting experience).

Longarm Machine Quilting 101 - required if you have never quilted with a long-arm machine before.

• Loading your fabrics on the machine
• Machine basics - oiling and threading the machin and setting tensions 
• Choosing and setting up your pantograph
• Simple fills
• Practice

By the end of the day, you'll be ready for your first quilt.

Class supply list:

• Fabric for top and backing of the practice quilt (why not bring a panel for a baby quilt and finish it the same day?)
• Batting - bring your own or get it here.
